For many years, Mark Beauregard was a motorcycle journalist, writing travel features and personality profiles for CC Motorcycle Newsmagazine. He has also been arts editor for the Tucson Free Press and a submissions editor for Sonora Review Literary Journal, as well as a freelance travel writer.
As a nonprofit consultant, he has helped raise tens of millions of dollars for arts and human services organizations, including the American Red Cross, Emerge Center Against Domestic Abuse, Mobile Meals, and The Screening Room Independent Theater, among many others. He currently serves as Development Manager for Santa Fe Pro Musica.
Mark teaches graduate courses in long-form journalism and creative writing at Western New Mexico University. He has edited numerous book-length published works of nonfiction.
Mark is a Certified Open Focus Coach, who is available in the Santa Fe area for consultation in the Open-Focus method of attention training and stress reduction.
